A credit may be considered in exceptional situations, solely at Chilly K’s discretion.
Tickets may be transferred to another name if a replacement wishes to purchase the space, please contact via email to arrange.
Students attending Heels Pop-ups, Intensives, Workshops or Courses must ensure their dance heels are in good condition, especially the heel tip.
Damaged or worn-down heels can cause harm to studio floors. If damage occurs due to improper footwear, students will be held liable for any studio repair costs.
Students participate in all sessions at their own risk.
Chilly K accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during classes or sessions.
Students are solely responsible for any treatments or recovery costs.
If you have an existing medical condition or require specific emergency procedures, please notify Chilly K in advance via a detailed email.
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times towards instructors, fellow students, and any studio staff.
Any form of misconduct or disrespect may result in the student being asked to leave the session or course, with no entitlement to a refund.
Chilly K is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen property during sessions. Please take care of your personal belongings.
Once a studio is booked for your private session, refunds are not available.
Rearranging booked sessions is only possible if the studio allows rescheduling. Any such changes must be agreed upon in writing.
By attending any Chilly K session, you consent to being filmed and/or photographed for promotional and educational purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify Chilly K via email before your session. Where possible, accommodations will be made.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Please aim to arrive with enough time to settle and warm up.
In the rare case a session must be cancelled or rescheduled due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all students will be offered a full credit or an alternative date.
In special cases, a refund can be discussed and given at the discretion of Chilly K.
All Heels sessions are 18+. If you are underage and book without prior permission, you may be denied entry without refund.
